Good Point

Media reports stated that President Bush's plan puts the State Department on track to double in size over the next decade. Consul-At-Arms points out that this ain't exactly so.

Consul-At-Arms writes:
"Actually not. This would effectively double (except this doesn't seem to take into account attrition) the size of the Foreign Service, which is a part of the Department of State."

Thanks for the mention. Matthew Lee actually made only a few mistakes in this article, he's getting better.
